First impressions matter. We wrapped the exterior in premium vertical Weathertex cladding (white) , paired perfectly with a Monument Colorbond roof and gutters for that sharp, contemporary edge. A lovely sun-bathed patio doubles as the sheltered entry.

The Living Space: Bathed in Light

Inside, the vibe is airy and considered! The standout feature? A double skylight in the living area that floods the space with natural light, highlighting the rich tones of the hybrid flooring (RIVERVIEW)

The Kitchen: A modern L-shaped design featuring “Greige” cabinetry and striking black hardware. The owner didn’t skimp on the finishes—Deluxe Stone was used for both the benchtops and the full-height splashback.
The Laundry: A separate, dedicated laundry room with Greige cabinetry that matches the kitchen for a cohesive aesthetic.

The Sanctuary: Space to Breathe

The bedroom isn’t just a room; it’s a retreat. It’s “literally” built for a King—fitting a King-sized bed with ease while maintaining a spacious feel.
Cool Feature: Walk-In Robe (WIR) includes its own window, owner-fitted cabinetry.

We brought the “resort feel” home. The bathroom features the same beige stone-look tiles found on the patio for a unified “inside-out” flow – finished off with brushed gold hardware.
