The guys at Blue Gum Granny Flats were great to deal with and did an excellent job. Given I live in Canberra, with limited time to travel and we were building in Sydney, I was a bit worried about the whole project. The guys were flexible and neither I nor the tenants in the front house had any issues throughout the process. Very pleased with the result, it leased straight away! Even the leasing agent commented on the great quality of the build and finishes.
