A gabled roof with raked ceilings and custom 4-panel entry is complemented by oversized triangular highlight windows, creating a bright and airy feel throughout.

Built alongside an existing pool, this project was carefully integrated with extended tiled walkways to ensure a clean, seamless connection between the new and existing spaces.

The kitchen is both functional and refined, featuring smooth cabinetry, generous pantry, enclosed dishwasher space, induction cooktop, electric oven, and a central skylight for all-day natural light. LED under-cabinet lighting adds a subtle premium touch at night.

Both bedrooms and living areas include ceiling fans for comfort, with Bedroom 1 also featuring an additional sliding door to enhance light and airflow.
Two bathrooms (including ensuite) are finished with full-height travertine-look tiles, frameless glass showers, brushed gold fittings, LED mirrors, and wall-mounted vanities.
