Bonnyrigg Granny Flat

Our client required a modern secondary dwelling on their flat block of land located in Bonnyrigg. The build was designed to maximise natural light and deliver a clean, low-maintenance finish, making it ideal for long-term use.

The final result features a bright, contemporary interior with open-plan living, modern kitchen and bathroom finishes, and a neutral colour palette throughout. Large black-framed windows were used to enhance ventilation and bring in plenty of daylight, while the exterior was completed with a timeless brick façade and a sleek, modern roofline.

The granny flat has been designed to maximise comfort and practicality, offering a layout that suits everyday living while adding strong long-term value to the property.
