Ruse Granny Flat

Our client wanted a modern secondary dwelling on their property in Ruse, designed to feel bright, open, and easy to live in. The layout was carefully planned to maximise internal space while keeping the overall finish clean, modern, and low-maintenance.

The completed granny flat features a comfortable open-plan living area with a practical kitchen, modern cabinetry, and an island bench for everyday use. Timber-look flooring, ceiling fans, and large black-framed windows create a fresh and airy feel throughout, while sliding doors open the living space to the outdoor deck for a strong indoor–outdoor connection.

Externally, the build was finished with a clean modern façade, sharp window detailing, and a covered deck area that adds extra lifestyle space. The final result is a well-built, functional granny flat that feels modern, bright, and comfortable for daily living.
