Beverly Hills Granny Flat

Our client wanted a modern secondary dwelling on their property in Beverly Hills, designed to feel bright, spacious, and easy to maintain. The layout was carefully planned to maximise natural light and create a comfortable everyday living space.

The completed granny flat features a stylish open-plan living area with a high ceiling that instantly makes the home feel bigger and more open. The kitchen was finished with sleek white cabinetry, clean lines, and a large island bench that adds both storage and functionality. Light timber-look flooring and large windows throughout help the interior stay fresh, airy, and modern.

To complete the build, the bathroom was finished with large-format grey tiling, a freestanding bath, a full glass shower screen, and matte black fixtures for a premium modern look. On the outside, the granny flat was completed with a classic brick finish and a neat, simple façade that suits the property. The final result is a well-built, modern space that feels bright, high quality, and low maintenance.
