Yagoona Granny Flat

This project delivered a modern secondary dwelling in Yagoona designed for comfortable, low-maintenance living. The layout prioritised functionality, natural light, and a clean contemporary finish suited to long-term rental.

The granny flat features an open-plan living and dining area enhanced by large windows and sliding glass doors, creating a bright and airy interior. A neutral palette and large-format floor tiles reinforce the modern, easy-care design.

The kitchen includes streamlined cabinetry, practical storage, and quality appliances, while the bathroom was completed with full-height tiling and a glass shower for a crisp, contemporary look.

Externally, the dark brick façade and covered outdoor area provide a strong modern presence. The result is a stylish, efficient, and highly liveable investment-ready dwelling.
