The BlueGum Team worked in close collaboration with the client to ensure this two-bedroom granny flat was artfully designed to maximise natural light, featuring expansive windows strategically positioned to capture the sun from the north, east, and west throughout the day.

Built as a value package investment for small families, the layout prioritises functional “non-negotiables” like a dedicated laundry and a full bathroom featuring both a bathtub and a separate shower. The space is anchored by a generous kitchen with ample storage and full dishwasher provisions, offering the comfort, liveability and functionality.
