Gold Package Inclusions

Design:

  • Size 10 m x 6m.
  • 3 designs to choose from. The William, The Clovelly, and The BlueGum.
  • Site toilet with weekly clean
  • Excavation (flat surface)

  • Water connection up to 8 meters
  • Connection to main sewer line 8 meters
  • Phone line installation to closest point of connection 8 meters max (Telstra “lead in” not included)
  • Temporary fencing included

Construction:

  • Survey to guarantee levels and building position
  • Wind rating as per council requirements
  • Reinforced concrete slab
  • Timber frame and roof trusses (H2-treated frame is optional)
  • 2.44m high walls
  • 300mm eaves
  • Waterproofing by licensed technician (certificate will be provided)
  • Termite protection by licensed technician (certificate will be provided)

External Inclusions:

  • VPI cladding with 25 years warranty
  • Insulation to external walls as per Basix

  • Entrance door – solid core : 2 models to choose from
